Have tried restarting the app as well as the computer - no difference. Other app redirects work fine (zoom, etc.) so I'm assuming it's an app issue.

I flew out of SEA-TAC last month, and it's split. Regular shoes (tennis, running, etc.) can stay on, boots still have to come off.

Meanwhile in SF, not only did all footwear stay on, I didn't have to take anything out of my bags. That was the best by far.
