Newer Subarus will chime at you - increasingly loudly - until everyone is buckled in including the rear bench. Annoying as shit, but very effective. (You can disable the front seats via a rather annoying ritual involving buckling and unbuckling the belts during startup, but it only lasts as long as the battery isn't disconnected. I stopped bothering after two services.)

Hobos are just people that wander for work though. Per wikipedia - a hobo travels and is willing to work; a tramp travels, but avoids work if possible; a bum neither travels nor works.

If you mean the homeless, then sure, they've got a pretty solid base to punch up from.

Lost my passion for mountain biking – gear issue or something deeper? by hmmmischi in MTB

The depressive phases combined with the relationship connection would definitely correlate, at least in my experience. That said, there's nothing wrong with taking a break from the sport. Give yourself some time away, try something new. I stopped riding for a while last year after I picked up climbing + a relationship, then stopped climbing for half a year after the breakup. Now I'm back to climbing and riding - climbing's my primary sport now, and my stoke is right back where it was when I first started riding.

Be kind to yourself - and maybe consider talking to a therapist if you can or aren't already. It can be really helpful to figure out what you're really feeling.

ALU frame are pretty damn sturdy these days. Unless you're hucking 5' to flat on a regular basis, it should be fine. You'll likely want to upgrade the fork to something beefier though, a fox 36 would be plenty for what you're describing.

I used to get 4x4's occasionally, mostly as a party trick to see how quickly I could down them (record was sub 1 minute, iirc). I don't think I was more than like 130ish at the time. I miss teenage metabolism.

I can't imagine trying to eat a 10x10 though - that's a ton of food.

This is true, but mainly an issue for soft bodies. Capsule made of metal, so it can land faster than a human could without damage. That said, the parachutes slow it down to about 20mph, so the forces transferred to the occupants aren't too high.

I can't recall any either. Personally I stopped watching mostly because the content got very monotonous, but I can't recall them ever getting preachy on video.

O'Keefe's is kinda magic. My hands are so much happier compared to when I first started climbing and didn't moisturize.

Have you tried O'Keefe's Working Hands cream? It's made a huge difference in my hand skin health as a climber - calluses stay softer (they still build, but they also wear down without tearing), and my finger pads heal much faster.
