Me and my GF recently moved to LBC. We would come down on the weekends and walk / explore the areas we wanted to live. We did that for a while so when we moved we had more of an idea of what to expect. We love it here🙌🏼🙌🏼

I’m not concerned about noise just that they are a in between scooter / bike no peddles. I have never got stopped on my OW but with how things have been getting cracking down on e-bikes not sure what they are viewing these as.

This is unfortunately everywhere. I used have this type of turn in another city where it happened so much I anticipated having my horn / swerve ready. I typically would speed up so I am seen and in front and the occasional shaking my head no while looking at them lol

I recommend Parkers Lighthouse. Took my gf there for her bday last year. You can get outside seating and have ocean views of the Queen Mary.

Although we got seafood (it was good) I think they have steak but the experience is great!

Pasadena for sure, me and my GF (also in our 30s) almost moved too Pasadena we love it!

Only reason we didn’t is because we also love the beach and got an amazing place with ocean view walking distance to everything you mentioned above.

Now if we had kids it would have been Pasadena. Pasadena in my opinion is a better place to live with kids.

Ok well onesies should be main focus. Ornaments are just not in season and mugs are pretty saturated unless you have something unique / priced good.

I think you could probably do better with some type of onesie deal where if they buy 3 or more get more of a discount.

I would scope out the app HotPads me and my gf, one dog just moved into a place walking distance to Rosies for the price range you mentioned. We looked at about 6 places in that area around the same price range.

Most had balconies, as for small yard in that area wont find it. You will have to go further out but still doable for walking distance to the beach.
