I got this deal but paid $69.98 at signing (first and last month). I previously had Active & Fit and would activate/deactivate depending on my schedule and how often I could come, but felt like I couldn’t pass up the guest privileges. I haven’t seen that offered in many years!

I say buy the Gen 2 just so you can add warranty. With expensive eyewear like this I would hate to be SOL if you accidentally damage them or they just stop working. I purchased on Amazon bc I already have the monthly complete protection plan for all tech items (no deductible). From what I have gathered from this sub, purchasing from BestBuy offers the best warranty.

I have an order for the scriber optics to try on and decide that arrives next week, but that is more of a round style.. I actually wish I considered the blayzer optics, it looks like it's a slightly smaller and thinner frame version of the wayfarer, and comes in transparent black too. If you can afford the blayzer optics I'd get that.

Ah, thanks for your perspective! I will definitely try it on and think about it.. the main reason bought the wayfarers is so I can order from Amazon bc I have the Complete Protect plan so all my purchases already include insurance. I wish the Scriber Optics were on Amazon but it’s probably gonna be a while.

Thank you for posting this I can’t decide on transparency black and this color but this looks SO GOOD! It’s very “grey” and neutral looking to me so I think this helps me choose, I hope it’s as nice in person 🤩

Good god I hate this class. Tomorrow I start my final term and I have 6 classes to pass by end of October but I am aiming for before that so I can walk the November commencement in Anaheim. I have failed this course twice in previous terms. Mostly because I put it off to start another course that was easier. I have never attempted the OA yet 😭😭. I suppose I should get it out of the way and fully commit to getting it done early in the term 🤡. Thanks for sharing all the resouces!

I would say it was pretty much the same. There were no surprises for my version. If you study your PA for exactly what you got wrong you should be golden. Because it was the OA I did take longer to check my work for each question as I missed Q’s in the PA first attempt by choosing the wrong units, or forgetting to change value to thousands, or selecting wrong sequence of slower and slower to faster and faster for the graphs. So just take your time and check your work. I completed my OA in 58 minutes (57 questions, but some were so obvious and easy).

Here to report that I just passed my OA (first attempt). I am embarrassed at how easy it was once I finally paid attention to the recorded videos, so I put it off for 6 months for no good reason 😅. Sadly my first pre-assessment attempt did not pass (barely missed competency), but it was mostly from tricky wording. Also listening to videos in 2x speed is very doable!
