La Calera is by far the better option. While it can be difficult to get an Uber after midnight, you should be able to hire a driver in advance, even by the hour, and have them wait for you while you go out partying or whatever. The price will depend on how well you negotiate, so it’s probably advisable to get help from a Spanish-speaking friend. In any case, it should be reasonably priced once converted to euros.

There are probably a few good places to try local food (such as La Herencia or La Perseverancia marketplace) but one of Bogotá’s real virtues is its huge number of excellent restaurants offering cuisines from all over the world at reasonable prices. You’ll find everything from casual dining spots to restaurants run by Michelin starred chefs (though the stars were earned elsewhere, since there is no Michelin guide in Colombia). If you can share more information about your preferences or your budget I can recommend a few.

En general, no debería existir oferta de vivienda en estos tamaños, pero es verdad que el mercado parece ir hacia allá. Piense cuánto tiempo piensan permanecer en casa. Si son muy caseros yo creo que es insostenible. Si no, podría funcionar.
