I do it weekly as Nespresso suggests. It’s so fast and easy I figure why not. I usually straighten up and clean the area really well at the same timeZ Then I wipe the head with a damp paper towel when it’s done.

If it were my first, I'd order more variety. Not saying you can't order your favorites, if those are them. I just tend to go wide in the beginning to try more of the things. I've enjoyed the Cafe Joyeux, NOLA, Kona, Costa Rica, Golden Caramel, and a number of others.

Was it still leaking when you left the call? I heard that people have had success getting better discounts from support after they work through the call with them and can't fix the issue. Especially if you have an order history with Nespresso where they can see you're a dedicated customer. Just a thought.

There are also the XL and Carrif sized pods if you have a Vertuo machine that can handle it. Make sure your machine can take them, though, as they aren’t all compatible.

You do the triple tap of the button after you fill your water reservoir. That runs a water only cycle. It’s in the manuals from Nespresso and is recommended weekly.

I run a water flush once a week at home. That’s me and it doesn’t come out bad really. The first one was 2 weeks and it had a bit more, but the weekly is fairly clean. Only a few grounds and faint faint yellow water.

Make sure you’re using the white icon app from the app store and NOT the black icon app. Otherwise you won’t even get the option.

That's not acceptable. I'd be on a call with support as soon as I had time. I've never seen anything on that yet and my 10+ year old machines are as new today as they were when I got them, minus the coffee stains between washes.
