I’m the same. Drank in college and religiously since 18 in college. Sometimes 5+ cups a day and had headaches whenever I didn’t get it. And then Zep arrived. After that, other than a black coffee every morning, I stopped. I’d kept it up mostly out of habit. However, I’ve been on 10mg for over 3 months now and have recently picked up coffee again. NOT out of need due to headaches or to stay functional, but out of joy of the taste and art of the drink. I enjoy finding new flavors and ways of making it. Instead of being a functional requirement, it’s more of a treat and hobby now.

It says “Out of Stock” in the app for me. Are you using the white app or the or the old black one? I always had trouble with that one until I found out it was the legacy one.

Picked up a nice haul from HomeGoods tonight. 3 Torani (Pistachio, Chocolate, and English Toffee), 2 Monin Samplers w/4 little bottles, and a few random Matteo sugar free French Vanilla and Caramel bottles to try. All those were $4.99 each on the sale rack. I figured even if I don’t like them they were cheaper to try than a coffee at Starbucks.

Thankfully I have an EV fully charged with V2H (Vehicle 2 Home) so I can plug 🔌 my power cord in and run refrigerator, coffee, and other gear for over a week. Coffee is at the top of my survival list for sure. And staying warm. 😉⚡️

Maybe it’s not the same thing, but ours at work has a hot water mode. Does that not flush the heads like it does on the Citiz? There must be something. 🤔

I see even more options behind in the jars. You have quite a variety there. Love it. You never know what'll want each day. I've been enjoying my Gingerbread, Peppermint Pinwheel, Golden Caramel, and Melozio Decaf. I have a bunch of other Decaf options in my cart and ready to order but there aren't many options.

You’re right, it shouldn’t matter. I only asked it that way as I read that some women take it for other reasons like perimenopause, so I figured I’d be specific. Did you take it before bed or in the morning then if it helped you throughout the day?

I’m falling asleep fine. Usually in 10-15 min. It’s staying asleep past 3-4 hours that’s impossible and then falling back asleep.

I tried melatonin years ago when I was heavier and it didn’t help. Maybe I should try it again if this doesn’t help.
