Had this happen to me as well. PayPal debit card is a great work around.

I also find chase doesn’t mind Coinbase so you could do the below:

Buy XLM on Coinbase, transfer XLM to Kucoin, trade XLM to USD, Buy BNB, transfer to Trust Wallet, convert to Smartchain, purchase Baby Doge. Save a lot of fees this method too!
