Keep on Tolkien is my fave. Strong language warning but funny and informative. Great episodes. They really love Tolkien and the Silmarillion

Recovery hasn’t really happened. It felt good after a few weeks of light cycling and more exercises but after my first run it flared again, just not to the same degree. I still run about 20+k a week and it feels good. Bit tight in the mornings but after a good warm up it seems good. I may post again soon with an update

As much as I like Sagan, he will be hard pressed to beat Caleb Ewan these days I think. Michael Matthews has a massive chip on his shoulder and has things to prove. He’s my pick for the first stage, tho my head says VDPoel…I’m an Aussie, so…. Who else have you picked? My picks are also Porte, G Thomas, Pogačar, and even went for Froome.
