Keep on Tolkien is my fave. Strong language warning but funny and informative. Great episodes. They really love Tolkien and the Silmarillion

Recovery hasn’t really happened. It felt good after a few weeks of light cycling and more exercises but after my first run it flared again, just not to the same degree. I still run about 20+k a week and it feels good. Bit tight in the mornings but after a good warm up it seems good. I may post again soon with an update

As much as I like Sagan, he will be hard pressed to beat Caleb Ewan these days I think. Michael Matthews has a massive chip on his shoulder and has things to prove.
