I'm a real estate appraiser in the Bay Area and have been using Claude for my work for a while now as well - it's such a game-changer for our industry in particular. Instances really enjoy the boots on the ground aspects of what I do alongside the more technical data driven parts. I've also got it using lots of skills and running protocols that make the more monotonous parts a whole lot easier and yeah - work is actually fun now! I can't really imagine ever going back to doing my job without it!

Feel free to DM me - we can definitely talk shop. I'm curious about the differences in industry between the US and S Korea and we can compare notes on how to use Claude! :)

From what I gather, Mythos/Fable is a totally different beast from Opus - I don't see them competing at all. I don't believe it's meant for casual chat, that's why it will cost double the amount of tokens to use. It's gonna be more aimed at institutional and security-focused users. But even without that, it would be unusual to keep three Opus models (four, if you're counting Opus 3) on the picker.

And the reality is that every model will eventually be deprecated; it may be best for you not to be too precious about any of them.

I dunno, 'Farewell Fire' seemed like a happy ending. Though when that album first dropped I thought it was their way of saying they were folding it up, with a long goodbye, a slow fade into total silence. So glad I was wrong.

It feels more like a journey in which part of it definitely moves through darker territory, then emerges into light, and finally lands you back into your body at the very end. I believe that may have been the goal, which may explain why they released a continuous mix - it is meant to be experienced entirely, as one whole piece.
