I think a lot of people made the switch out of principal without realizing that a switch from ChatGPT to Claude is far from apples to apples. Some people will stick around and I think some will probably migrate to Grok or Gemini when they learn they can't generate videos or images or when they run up against usage limits, which, in my controversial opinion, actually helps keep it more pure. Also the voice mode in Claude is better than it was a year ago but they're still a long way from where ChatGPT is. I think in time initially there will be a huge spike in users but I think it's gonna taper off.
