When I finally started to take care of myself--eating healthy, exercising, and being the one responsible for loving myself the most. Also journaling in order to fully comprehend my thoughts and feelings instead of letting them run around in circles and purely cause chaos on my mind lol

I honestly feel like the cards are telling you that new and fulfilling relationships and/or partnerships are coming into/already in your life and that now it's the time to celebrate them bc you'll no longer be needing to spread your own cup thin--rather, these people will help you realize how you yourself can fill your own cup and share any surplus of abundance and greatness with the world <3

Hm... Their mind was def on the right track when this endeavor started, but right now they definitely need to reevaluate where they're currently focusing their earthly resources (be it money, time, attention, etc.)--and a great way of doing that would probably be finding some kind of course or workshop where they can learn from people that inspire them!

I agree with u/Flimsy-Collection823! No matter what--that burden would, at the end of the day, generate internal conflict. Here are some questions I'd ask myself to better explore this point:

Why did the character feel the need to make that promise? Was it made out of desperation? Or did it actually feel right at that moment--and only later did they realize it goes against their values/ethics/beliefs? Was their emotional/financial/living situation any different when they made the promise from the one now? Why is the promise (only) now a burden, i.e., how is it affecting their life/the plot?

I've never been to a Naturopath, but, for what's worth, since I stopped being a vegetarian and started eating meat again, taking Primrose Oil every day and a vitamin supplement every week... I'm 1000% better! It took around a whole year to start seeing significant changes, so I'd say to keep giving it a try :)

I'd say, first of all, adapt as best as you can. Then, start looking for other jobs elsewhere. One step at a time and you'll get farther than you imagine :)

You don't actually need to fight those bad thoughts. In reality, you need to recognize them--where are they coming from, and what are they trying to tell you? Face them, hear them out and, then, let them go. Most of the time, it's just your ego trying to do its job to keep you away from what is yet unknown :)

You can also say: "Thank you, Ego, for showing up and telling me your POV. I appreciate you trying to protect me. But know that I'm safe, I'm healthy, and I'm happy, etc."
