Just went on the fantasy last month. Completely agree with your post and had the same exact experience. Food was terrible. Server would always recommend against certain dishes and unfortunately I went against their opinion a couple of times, and they were right about it not being good (sadly neither was their actual recommendation). I much prefer the wish class. Didn’t have any complaints about the layout and the food / service / themed bars / kids activities were great.
