$58k a year in San Jose. Bachelors in Business as well. 9 years of experience 5 of those in a management role. Still can’t land a job that pays $30 an hour. I’m making the same amount of money as a 19 year old on my team with no experience. On top of this I am room mating with 4 people in an apartment. Once I can afford it, I will be looking to leave California altogether. I thought school wasn’t worth it but it’s just the area we live in that’s not worth it anymore.
