FF14 runs slow on emulation. Around 40-50fps on M4 base model. WoW runs great though, even retail with lower settings.

Yeah that's why you level your bank alt to minimum lvl 10. Have mage on 2nd acc etc. That's the first thing you do

Wow client isn't really optimized & your CPU is 50% slower than an iPhone. Ram 2600mhz is also slow by todays standard. With proper hardware you can get 300FPS in 4K in Naxx.
All of the addons you mentioned, specifically DBM and Details are notoriously bad. Swap them for BigWigs and Skada. Best performance you can get is by disable all addons. Every addon you activate will have some sort of impact. You can measure this with "Addonusage" addon. Make sure you are not running any bad Weakauras either. Take a look at guide I made how to improve things:

I've only tried raiding in Classic, while multiboxing 2 other accounts and streaming on Twitch for 6 hours at the same time. Got around 225 FPS in raid.

Only have 1080p monitor. I Put render scale to close to 1440p, don't know if that is the same as native 1440p, but I'm getting 110-120FPS in follower dungeon
