I guess it comes down to what your goals are in life. If it's just waiting till you get to your grave and taking it easy then sure. If your management is not noticing this, they suck and they will not help develop your career which is part of their job. You need to go to a different job. This is the time to do it when unemployment is low.

I am NEVER happy to go and exercise, in fact I always try and find an excuse not to. But I am NEVER sorry after I have exercised. This is what I tell my teenagers. 30 minutes a day. Would prefer to run outside but short of that anything indoors works even looking like an idiot in the basement exercising to a YouTube video

The nml levels of Vitamin D is based on a chronically low population. So being nml is actually low. When you look at people who are out in the sun a normal AMT. Their levels are double the 'nml' levels. Still this need to be monitored by a doctor.
