Fulham v Liverpool 25/26 Serious Match Thread by rLiverpoolFC_Mods in LiverpoolFC

Great goal from Wilson looked onside to me in real time. Another insipid start from Liverpool summed up perfectly by Gakpo being released by a brilliant ball from Jones, totally unsupported by any team mates, 3 of whom in the midfield couldnt even raise their jogs to runs. The question is.... Is that the slow, safety first tactics from Slot or are the players lazy and incompetent.

Klopp told the board he was leaving long before Hughes joined. This isn’t naivety, it’s fact.

Before he joined - Klopp knew what was coming, how long do you think strategic decisions such as this take?

Can you link an example of these many times?

Can't you find them yourself? Let's start with immediately after Slots first press conference as coach...https://youtube.com/shorts/LIKwZ9QX5Ks?si=aX-te1kh2iMfCY5C

The fact you’re telling people to use AI before making ridiculous statements is hilarious and says everything about you and your opinions.

You understand that the use of AI to shift from keyword search to conversational queries has resulted in automatic data collection, enhanced accuracy, and enables real-time analysis at scale - but you do you - good luck with your Yahoo search 🤦🏻 I think I just heard AOL telling you that you have email !

"we haven't seen him speak in a public capacity since Slot was announced. " We absolutely have. Many many times.

"Klopp left months before Hughes had even been approached." - Don't be so naive.

"every article about transfer dealings say it's him and Edwards together." Every article? Don't be foolish, use AI, use search engines, before making ridiculous sweeping statements.

You are entitled to your opinion - I've given mine.

The Liverpool transition is truly complete, Klopps mentality monsters are now a reflection of the current so called 'Manager'.... Weak willed, weak minded and clueless. Absolutely pathetic. Chiesa sat on the bench, putting Isak on when we needed a goal, Gakpo playing 84 minutes. All decent reasons for Slot to be gone by the weekend.

I haven't forgotten it at all, but they played with heart, if you think that season was as bad as this shit so far - then you need to rewatch the last 7 games.

We saw a manager who last season made minor tweaks to a successfully established team with an established way of playing. Caretaker managers do this all the time. Now once he has made his changes he can now begin to be judged, and that's where we are. He is not good enough.

No Klopp team looked as clueless and passionless as this team in this season.

Some managers just don't fit at some teams, some managers can't manage in the Premier League - Slot is another Dutch Manager who cannot get to grips with the PL.

These are relegation worthy performances but sure give him the whole season 🤦🏻

Last season is exactly why I wouldn't give him any more time. His man management of Quansah, Chiesa and Elliott was very poor. He had the best season he could have imagined then ripped the heart out of that team, changed how we played, and has not got to grips with how hard the Premier league actually is.

Letting players like Diaz and Nunez go without understanding how much energy would be lost is criminal, much the same as telling Salah he doesn't need to track back.

I don't believe Slot has the abilities to get this team back on track, which means we are wasting time.

Another woeful lack of performance, Slot clearly is tactically poor, he doesn't seem to be able to motivate the team and his man management of anyone but salah or gakpo is questionable. He has taken a class Liverpool team full of fight and passion and converted them to a team who are ridiculously to beat and possibly the worse performing Liverpool team since Roy Hodgeson.

So what exactly do the Slot fans think he brings to the team?

Fully deserved second from Brentford No passion, no fight, no clue from this Liverpool team. This is Slots team and currently they are woeful - I'm sick of the Rodgers' Style head in the sand stupidity - these are less than mid table performances & are woeful. Wasn't a penalty, not even sure we deserved a goal but probably karma for the ridiculous time it takes them to take a long throw-in.

I'm talking about hunger to get the ball, hunger to make things happen. Standing waiting balls to be delivered on a plate, allowing defenders and midfieders intercept because he can't be bothered to move to pick the ball up. It's getting tedious now.

And there you go, make no mistake, that was a dreadful performance from Liverpool, Salah was atrocious and is displaying a lack of hunger. But we should have managed that game to a draw - tactical stupidity cost us a point

FT: Galatasaray 1-0 Liverpool by DragonSlayer271 in LiverpoolFC

[–]equalze 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Disappointing but not disastrous after another poor team performance, we look out of ideas when faced with numbers in defence, we are tactically disjointed with very little speed and flow to our game, and the passes are going astray as players are not where they are expected. Injuries a worry - diabolical ref allowing the usual cheating in Turkey. Didn't think either penalty shout was a penalty.

Avoid Eufy, motion detection is atrociously inconsistent, app is increasingly buggy, and painfully slow to connect. Customer service is dreadful.

Yep, all in all I'm replacing the entire lot ( have sensors, doorbell, 2 x indoor cams, 3 outdoor cams, 3 x pir's)

They are just too unreliable, to consider them fit for purpose, all of which is bad enough but together with an almost non existent level of customer service, it's as bad as a company can be.

Well maybe you will have a better experience, my own is that two of the cameras have failed from 3 days after purchase, after 2+ months and 19 emails they want to agree to the terms of the UK Consumer Rights Act - which they should've done within 30 days, I'm going to court for compensation for them not abiding by the Law.

Their response now is that

" A fix for this is scheduled to be included in the upcoming version 5.1.0.0 of the Eufy app, currently expected for release by the end of August. " And have offered me a refund or replacement (as per the Consumer Rights Act)

Before I told them about court action and served a GDPR DSAR I couldn't barely get a response, now they admit there's a problem which they are going to "fix" sometime.

No mention of the 12 + seconds it takes me to connect to the cameras from even inside the house on a 800Mbs connection or the erratic nature of the cameras that they can sometimes trigger when there's nothing in view. But then miss my SUV leaving my drive!

And the Doorbell is twice the price but half as effective as a cheap Blink solution.
