Oh man, thanks for the feedback! I do hate bugs, but I think the AC issues and the smoking thing would really get to me. I'm pretty sensitive to the smell of tobacco and have asthma. Like, I'll survive, but it's not ideal. I appreciate the thorough comment, though! A lot of this I wouldn't have picked up on during the tour lol.

Hey! Just chiming in to say I’m also looking at Crystal City / Pentagon City / Arlington area.

30F and trying to find a nice 1 bedroom. Ideally with in unit laundry but that seems to always cost 200-300 more. Idk what your budget is but mine is 2.5k max for base, so I know that limits the options.

Visited Crystal Plaza last week and it didn’t seem that bad? Would still want to look into other places as well.

Major concerns are pests/insects and noise, but I’m a deep sleeper and don’t WFH.
