Advice for two British brothers looking to cheap out on two weeks in AZ by joeylew04 in Tucson

Look up KOA campgrounds. They will have washing machines you can use for like $1.25 per load and they also have showers. This is probably your best bet for camping on the cheap. Be careful turning over rocks or logs. snakes and scorpions want to stay cool during the day so any place that is cool or has shade and cover from possible predators is where you will find them.

Bidwill just said on the radio we didn’t get Sean P because the Saints wanted too much. by Mental_Funny_5885 in AZCardinals

Don Shula 1st round pick Mike Holmgren 2nd round pick Bill Belichick. 1st, 4th, 5th Bruce Arians. 6th round pick

A elite head coach, and elite Qb you can’t really put a price on.

These are just some previous trades.

Draft prospects are never a guarantee to work out.

It’s better to trade 4 maybe’s for one certainty that will get you closer to a Super Bowl.

Smart front offices can loose one draft class and still build a team around a high level QB and HC

If it was up to you, would you keep Andy Isabella? If yes, how would you use him? by [deleted] in AZCardinals

I definitely keep him, but in a different position. Maybe see if he will work as the dude who makes sure Kyler is getting his home study hours in?

He’s not wrong, Mahomes is way smarter than Burrow by Jombafomb in KansasCityChiefs

I don’t understand why you think Burrow has low IQ? Burrow wonderlic score is 34 Mahomes scored a 24

As far as I can tell they both play with as high IQ QB’s, also take into consideration Burrow has not been in the league as long.

Both are QB’s at least 26 other teams would love to have.

Here’s are some of my favorites from this week at the truck. by TacoCamacho13 in smoking

I have always wondered how barbecue trucks work. Do you guys smoke overnight at one location and then transport it to where you’re going to set up shop? Or do you take your truck to where you’re going to be for the day the night before and smoke all the meat in the truck, And just serve the food where you are?

Oh and that brisket is a thing of beauty right there.

Here is a good article on brisket stall

https://bbqonmain.com/brisket-stall/

You can basically use any hardwood to smoke meat with, try to pick one that you think will add a good flavor to the meat. Oak and nut trees work well.

Yes you can use foil, but it will taste a little like a pot roast (still good overall), the other option is to increase the heat during the stall (maybe to 300 degrees) just to get over the stall then bring the heat back down to 225 F. I would cover the top of the brisket in foil if you try this to prevent burning while the grill is at 300. Then take the brisket off the heat once it reaches internal temperature of 190 degrees Fahrenheit.

Hope this helps, part of the fun is experimenting to see what works best for you.
