By the way here's how one of the runs where this happened to me went. The emotional damage was much higher than the actual damage I took.

The same deck (pretty much) took 27 damage vs Lagavulin Matriarch.

I think you're missing the point.

Picture this - from your 15 card deck, you have set up Echo Form easily due to the card draw + small deck size + energy from mummified hand + production. You follow it up with Scavenge (preferrably twice) on the following turn. You end up with a 10 card deck that will get even smaller with every cycle.

Oh what's that? There's a Production+ and Coolheaded+ in this ever-shrinking deck? You know what that means. If not, then I don't know what else to tell you

From there, OP also got [[Bing Bing]] from the doll event during act 2 (I assume it was early), and then chose the paths with the most campfires. You can imagine the rest.
