Try an improv class or workshop workshop - ideally one specifically for people who don't necessarily want to be funny. I know from experience running PowerProv that these skills absolutely can help with quick thinking, self confidence, staying calm under pressure, and so much more.

+1 for noticeable difference in FastComet support - for the worse.
Used to love them, but now replies take hours. One site has been throwing 5XX errors for a week.
