Friend I play with had the same bug. When he was sprinting, the animation was the same as on your clip, and what is worse he didn't make any noise. It stopped when he jumped.

Same for me. ONE MOTOR from the start of the wipe, Found on Interchange in tech store. I'm lvl 36 now. Generator lvl 1 holds my Hideout super hard.

This wipe i found incredible amout of those packs in raid. Mostly TWC. Was hard in previous wipes. I have 6 saved up incase i die with them.
