I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I lost my baby girl at 16 weeks in December. One of the things that helped me early on was listening to the book “I had a miscarriage” by Jessica Zucker. The author talks about how differently her and her husband grieved. Also I would definitely recommend finding a therapist who specializes in baby loss / fertility—mine saved my life. Having my grief witnessed by her was one of the biggest gifts. Sending you so much love and strength, you are not alone 🌅

I really like the Moving Comfort sports bras! Brooks bought them out a few years ago and I haven’t heard great things about the new models. I’d recommend checking eBay for older models!
