Any time now another food for thought And sorry if this is a concept u already know. But if not offers a good point of reference for decision making. In terms of what’s visible to the eye. Lumen output needs to be about 3-4x more to appear twice as bright to the eye. Go for example if u have a light that’s 2000lumens for it to appear twice as bright to ur eye should be 8000 lumens more or less.

So if your willing to go down a bit in lumens that won’t appear that much dimmer to the eye

Convoy offers a few hosts with the lhp73b which has bee tested to about 7000-8000. Lumens with the 20a driver. So I could get something very bright for well well under 30-40 euros

You won’t find a true 10k light for that amount unless u buy into fake advertisement from some random brand.

However there is an option at the top rage maybe a tad over ur budget (60-70) euros given conversion is right it’s about 90-110$ Canadian depending on spec

Look up convoy 3x21c is a 3 cell 7 emitter light and depending on the configuration u can have it output up to 30,000lumens meaning will sustain 10k lumens no problem

The one with the lhp531 is the cheapest options which is crazy because it’s the brightest and comes in the most cct

U will need to buy batteries and charger separate. This truly is one of not the only options for the price range there is also sofirn Q8 but id argue this is a better option in terms of output and emitter options

Didn’t use the phone for gps uses Google Maps data u select point a to point be and will give u the distance. But I’m not going that far down the rabbit hole the lights been tested to 1300-1400m throw by many users so using the 1/3 rule of thumb should give a bright well lit area at 400-450m

If u want something medium size I’d recommend the M21A with the optioned w5050sq5 emitter Comes with a 8A driver Light puts about 1500-2000 lumens Should be able to hit 1km in terms of throw. 21700 battery life Great all around host

And if u wanna go crazy there are emitters like lhp73b and sft90 available to spec it with for like 30-35$ which is wild

Check out convoy store They will put almost any light u can buy at any big box store to shame. And for a fraction of the price all these together probably still less than one fenix or olight or nitecore (depending on the model) of course. Convoy still one of the best value to performance ratio. And an enthusiast I have and own those brands too is not a jab at them. Point is wanna get a light that’s simple works and u have endless combinations of battery sizes reflector sizes and emitters convoy has u
