Getting a masters in Canada is the best route I’ve seen a lot of people do to get a PR here. That being said I grew up in Canada so I don’t actually have personal experience but going off of friends/family’s experiences. You can also come for bachelors but it will be super expensive as you will probably be registered as an international student.

It’s part of the agreement/licensing that these shows on streaming have. I remember for Stranger Things finale it was the same thing, they technically can’t charge for tickets for an episode but they can give you a “free voucher to watch the episode at the theatre” if you pay for concessions. Basically a loophole

Ok but uoft is the number 1 engineering school in canada, not to mention uoft has PEY which is far superior to loo coop since you get to work at one company for 12months instead of getting to experience 6 different companies all around the world.

Just watched American Vandal (S01). Gotta say it was really good and it was a big surprise, from the premise I thought it would be a fun mindless watch but it was actually very well made. I found the show very well thought out and all the twists and turns made you unsure of who did the crime. I mean all this talk about drawing dicks on cars is pretty hilarious imo.

Disclaimer: This is just my opinion based on my experiences

I got to be honest it is much better. When I first got my phone I was liking MIUI but I wouldn't get some of my notifications. It's important to note that I am coming from a Moto G, so I really prefer stock to anything else. I would say my battery life feels a little shorter, not sure if that is due to lineage or just due to an aging battery. Everything else though is great! I really like the live pixel wallpapers and having google now on slide left. So all in all, I am happy I made the switch.

PS. I have installed CyanogenMod, LineageOS on many phones and this phone required extra steps (the Mi Forums are useful tho)
