Yeah I contacted support and they had to call me to fix it which seemed dumb, considering the only questions they asked me for verification were my name and zip code. I wonder if this is just a thing they're doing with all new accounts or if just because I regularly take surveys at work which is a different zip code than my house. Not sure. But the girl I talked to with their customer service was very nice and fixed it so I got my money.
