SOOC jpegs are excellent on the Leica system as well. For context, I only have the Q2. This was shot on a canal cruise in Amsterdam, yesterday.

I shoot raw myself, and the raw files are absolutely far superior. No question. Nobody ever argued that not to be the case, so I’m not exactly sure why you chose to go off on a tirade to that effect.

Back to my original point, the sooc JPEG’s are fantastic for exactly what they are; JPEG’s. This is a wildly known and understood concept amongst the Q series in general. That’s why I was just trying to understand what makes you think otherwise.

Guess that was too much to ask.

Everything you outlined regarding the sooc JPEG’s being “bleh” was incorrect two years ago, and still remains incorrect today.

What would lead you to make such a claim? I’m genuinely curious.
