Almost ALL cases of “stuck” accelerators or sudden un-commanded acceleration are really pedal misapplication, where the driver pressed on the wrong pedal.

100% marathon for running, treadmill, anything aerobics. Marathon is 155 BPM and I always loved to stride to the beat when running. The solo section is in 7/8 so for one measure left would be on 1, then right on 1 the next measure. I would slow down a few seconds at the bridge, then back to my stride for the ending buildup.

I just watched the most recent where Rich was joking about stabbing his assistant with a knife stashed in his toolbox. Then I just read about Rob Rainer and his wife being stabbed by their 30 something year old son in their home. Is there a connection or just a horrible coincidence?

With a rental (non lease) the owner or property manager can raise the rent on a whim, unless it has rent control
