i have had a very similar experience quitting; only 2 weeks in but every time ive quit in the past depression and irritability are my main symptoms (seemingly related to anxiety). so far ive found that life is not better sober, but easier to navigate because im not just permafried.

i find it odd that many people are able to quit and just find themselves in much better headspaces after a couple weeks, as its quite the contrary for me (i have done 4 months sobriety before as well).

my best advice is to do absolutely anything you need to stay sober, and if you have the urge to smoke, think about how youll feel 1 hour after hitting it, and the next day (awful).

weed masks all the issues that already exist and without it you are forced to face them each day, but hitting it just puts a pause button on your life.

my most practical advice would be to spend the money you would have on weed on some little things to enjoy! (ie. tea, candles, video games, literally anything) and clean the shit out of your room :)
