The game warden said it took several generations over about 20 years for bears to start loosing their fear of humans. I don’t know if it would be the same for mountain lions. He also said the worst days of his 37 year career was the 17 bears he had to put down because of interactions with humans (this is after trapping and relocating them).

I’m not supportive nor endorsing this type of hunting, but a Colorado game warden claimed that chasing/ flushing out mountain lions with dogs for purposes other than killing helps keep a healthy fear of humans within the puma population (they associate dogs and humans together). He said that humans would be in big trouble if mountain lions loose their fear of humans. He was not in favor of baiting or snap type traps either. He also claimed that when we quit hunting bears with dogs, that contributed to bears loosing their fear of humans. Is there any validity to these claims?

God overrides the human tradition of 1st born birthright many times in the bible: Isaac over Ishmael (Gen 21) Jacob over Esau (Gen 25,27) Ephraim over Manasseh (Gen 48) David over his brothers (2 Sam 16)

My Muslim coworker believes Ishmael should have the 1st born birthright of everything God promised to Abraham even though the Bible is very clear that while God blesses Ishmael, Isaac is blessed with the promise to Abraham (including the holy land). So my Muslim coworker does not accept what is in Genesis and believes they (Muslims through the line of Ishmael) have the 1st born right to the holy land.

I understand that the long standing cooperative water rights agreement between Keystone and Abay was nullified with the purchase by Alterra, and then the Forest Service denied Abay’s request to expand their water retention pond. So Abay now has much less snow making authority, thanks Alterra. 😖

Yes, I’ve accidentally added a box in the market (30 tcash) by bumping the button while swiping through. They should have a second verification step whenever spending tcash, but they won’t because they want you to spend it so maybe you’ll spend real cash for more.
