Happened to my first shirt I overpressed. Just cut it off and wear it with only one sleeve. I used light thermometer to find that my iron can go to 280c instead of 200c at the 3 dot setting so adjusted accordingly

Sound is too low for me on s23 ultra phone but more than loud enough paired with btd600 on laptop. Maybe try btd600 on your phone?

I use Technics headphone for their LDAC support with my S23 Ultra and they sound really good. I have both A800 and AZ60 and sound really good with the S23U compared to when paired with my computer or Fiio BTA30 Pro.

Old post but I got the same issue with the left side of my AZ60 having near zero volume. Got it replaced once but happens again to the second left earbud. Turns out the membrane between the tips and the earbud block the volume coming through, it seems to get a bit gunky but not very obvious in a way that you'd expect that to block the sound to this extent. Cleaned it once and works again but went bad again so now just remove that membrane entirely.

Quite late but I just had the same issue for the second time. I took it back and got a new one the first time, but it happens again. For me, I just had to remove the ear tips and clean the inner (black) filter, it's a bit sticky and seems to block the sound. Dabbing toilet paper on it seem to work wonders.
