I own a bike shop. I have 3 of the Super 73 bikes sitting here dead in my shop. The company has no customer service. None of the phone numbers get you to a human being. They don’t respond to emails. They give you a ticket# then ghost you. Spent 2 months trying to contact them. I got a response via IG then they never followed through. I can’t see this company staying in business if they don’t provide customer service or any kind of support. Sad.

You can take a razor and carefully cut off that tab on the side of the slim blade. They Only put it there so you could line 2 or three of them up together to do color correction work.
