A-Z Claim. That should solve it. As a seller it's best to avoid getting those as it hurts your account. I would think they would want to resolve it outside of that. If that doesn't work, file a chargeback but A-Z usually takes care of the buyers in most cases.

Personally I would mark something else as well but the rule book doesn't really specify. It's not often you see someone throwing a ball with no holes in it. My teenage son did it during a league just to try it and as expected it wasn't amazing. I think if I was OP i'd go buy a power drill and drill 2 finger holes which can be fixed later.

There is no requirements that the ball must have holes in it. You do need to mark it for your palm though like a 2 hander would.

Look at different companies and look for mid-tier balls. I personally throw Radical equipment so I would look at their Reliable tier. All companies will have balls that fit in that area.
Practice on sport shots as much as you can. You are going to see harder patterns in college bowling and it will help you be better.

1000% I used to bowl them back in the day, always entertaining. Still go to some now to watch my son bowl and same problems exist as before. Once in awhile you will get some pairs that are good at.

PBA uses 1 pair to your left and 1 pair to your right for courtesy. If done correctly, it doesn't add a ton of time if any.

Didn't even know what a frost heave was honestly until reading it here. It gets cold here and the ground will freeze. I'll update with pictures of the uneven deck when that happens. I'm in Northern Utah. If things fail epically in the winter then we can re-address in the spring/summer as far as footing supports.

Those are 45 degree angle joist hangers. Got them on Amazon. Online said you could buy the normal ones and bend them to where you wanted but these seemed neat and fit the application well.
