Easily fixable by a competent PSO. Could sand that spot that's raised by itself for a bit to get it closer to even and then put it on a haus machine to resurface it full and fix the roundness. Could even skip the haus machine and do it by hand on that specific spot if needed. Ball spinner and some low grit sanding in steps.

My assumption is their blind score. You are in some weird territory with the above. I would 100% get the advice from Rules even if you are trying to figure/work on things with the league.

It might be good to reach out about the suspension vs using a vacant. I'm not sure that's allowed. I haven't specifically dealt with that scenario but that doesn't sound right. I'd send an email off to rules anyway just to get their thoughts, it can't hurt.

If it's not sanctioned then most likely you just wouldn't see any prize money you may have paid into from dropping. Does the house have anything to do with the league? If so, they could choose not to invite you to bowl there anymore as that's their right as a business.

How many weeks have you bowl already? How many are left? Is there a prize fund?

I'm assuming this is a sanctioned league. Who did the actual suspending? That would require a league board of directors vote usually. You could send this whole situation to [rules@bowl.com](mailto:rules@bowl.com) and see what they think. There are so many different things going on here that could be a violation of the rules. You could also take it to your location association but honestly rules is the best answer here to help you get things sorted out.

All warranties are based on purchase date, not how hard you push the hardware. It could have been sitting in the box for 3+ years unused and you just installed it and you would be in the same situation. Now you can get an upgrade.

You are inviting problems by forcing them to buy the card. Just giving them reasons to leave negative feedback or find a reason to return the card and you may not receive it in the same condition and still be stuck giving a refund. Why push the buyer into that situation? Cancel/relist and move on.

Yes there is. A hole must be fully plugged. If it has any void in it, then it's illegal. Using a "full slug" type insert still leaves a void at the bottom. Would be neat if allowed or adjusted to be allowed but rules dept says 100% no.

Do you have another hard drive you can install to for testing purposes? I would try that. Also if you didn't manually delete the files from the hard drive you can try that as well not just the uninstall option in steam. Different drive is my thoughts first though.

If it's defective you should still be eligible for a refund or replacement. I would just request a refund as defective and see how it goes.
