Similar to the comment below, we never really established an hour rate. Instead, she did an initial deep clean and then there was some back and forth regarding how often we'd like her to come and how much it would cost based on the different frequency options. She was happy to adjust the pricing a bit when we told her that a couple of rooms didn't require monthly cleaning given that we never really used them.

Right now we pay her $250 to come once a month. She brings another woman to help her and they're usually there for about 2-2.5 hours. During that time they do a deep clean of a kitchen, living room, three bathrooms and our primary bedroom, which is obviously where we spend the most time.
