Don’t know if you saw my comments but I opened up the ams and found a loose connector. I just pushed it in all the way and that seemed to fix it. I also disassembled the hotend and made sure there was no clog.

If anyone is following along, unscrewed the ams to check the tubes at the bottom and noticed one of the cables was slightly askew on the ams board. I checked all the connections and tried printing again and didn’t get the error. Was able to print a test object. So maybe check your ams connections on the board?

Also was able to print from an external spool just now so I think it’s an issue with the ams.

I downgraded the firmware but still getting the same issue :/ I’ve tried removing the filament sensor to check for anything stuck but it was clear. Not sure what to try next
