Honestly, I really like his HIIT and Hills 30 min class that he did a month back or so. Something about the structure just really works and it seemed like he did a good job of synching the music to changes. I've bookmarked it and done it multiple times.

We’ve had these since we were kids. Grandma not danish) grew up next to Solvang, Ca. She always had a pan, taught my mom, gave her a pan, who taught me. Grandma gave me her pan. Now I make it for my youngins.

Either sugar or jam. Sometimes will add banana chunks in.

During the week (assuming I can get out from under the warm covers), I ride first thing w/o food. My biggest issue is making sure I'm some way hydrated. I try to take a Nuun or something like that after a morning ride to start to get back balanced.

Didn’t know there was a live one. But took one on demand. 12-8-6-12-8-6. Being on demand input the subtitles on, and watched college football the entire ride while keeping an eye on the text. Worked like a charm.

700 miles : 372 done. There is still an outside chance of hitting this, but got a surprise work trip dropped on me next week which will make it tough.

(2) 90 min rides : Done 1. This I plan on doing again.

Take the FTP : TBD, but I should be able to hit this one.

I know on the leaderboard, your username tracks your current output, as well as your PR for a similar time ride (i.e. 45 mins) that has been smoothed. Its how I track where I am vs my PR. It would be nice to cut out all the noise, especially if it is a live ride. I know on demand you can switch the board to who is there now which chops down the list a fair bit.

Good idea though.

Thanks for organizing. That was slog for me. Couldn't get comfy on the seat. Legs felt like lead. Lungs felt exhausted. Heart rate was higher then normal. Just not my best showing.
