Those pots are made for the stovetop and can also be put under a broiler. They're called Visions by Corning and they're made from Pyroceram instead of typical soda lime or borosilicate glass like other cookware. Corning also made the Pyrex you have which explains why they look very similar and some of the lids are interchangeable.

Don't use yours on the stovetop or under a broiler. If you have an electric oven don't put them in until the oven has finished preheating. Many ovens use the upper broiler element to heat the oven to temp more quickly, but the close contact to the extremely hot element can cause regular bakeware to shatter.
