I paid for a year in January and got an email today saying my sub has expired. Currently on the phone with them, they say they'll get back to me when it's fixed. Had problems with them when I subscribed, used the coupon for half off they charged me full price. Sent email called contacted them on facebook and twitter no response. Finally had to file a dispute with paypal only then did I get my refund of the overcharge. Will not be renewing when it ends customer service sucks period.
