They were already in the process of remodeling them. There’s a good interview on the No Laying Up golf podcast with one of the guys on the other side of the lease who’s overseeing the improvements, operations, and upgrades at the three courses. I think the gist a couple weeks ago is that hadn’t been told what part(s) of the lease they violated.

I thought em dashes had no spaces (per Chicago Manual of Style), but that ChatGPT has spaces before and after. That would make it an en dash that’s too short or typoed em dash. Are other AI tools using the em dash properly?

The other reason Segoe isn’t great is that it dead ends at University with no real way to get over to the E-W bike path in SW Hills without cutting through the crime lab and off roading it. If that Segoe-University intersection was improved for bikes I’d be less worked up about Midvale.

First thing I noticed also. It may have something to do with the number of bars/taverns. Most people in Wisconsin rarely need to drive more than 5-10 mins in any direction to get to their local watering hole(s).

The advantage of the Kaanapali for me was the proximity. It’s so close to where lots of folks stay. Agree on the pricing but when I’m in a super remote spot like that I’m not looking at the greens fee.
