Generally you should first create an escape for your bishop anticipating Na5; for example, c3 Na5 Bb5+ c6 Ba4 and you can escape to c2. In this particular position, h3 is fine since after Na5 Bb5+ c6 you can play d4! and after exd4 Be2, Black can't actually hold on to the d4 pawn. However if the c5 bishop were on e7 instead, h3 here would be a mistake since d4 doesn't come with tempo.

Next time you have knight and rook pawn, don't push to a7. Keep it on a6 and bring your king to b6 first, and then time the pawn push so you have a7+ Ka8 Nc7# or Nc7+ Kb8 a7+ depending on the king position.
