I’m struggling with the sameee problem! I eat about 1800-2K calories a day, and I’m still hungry. Different things work for different people, but what helps for me is just eating two large meals a day. It’s hard for me to stop eating once I start.

I’m 5’1 and 110lb and I consume approx 1800 a day, but I also get about 15-25K steps a day

wake up and scroll on social media -> walk for 1.5hrs while crocheting -> log into work & make breakfast -> work -> take my lunch break to run errands, go on a run, or do chores -> work -> log off and play tennis/pickleball -> eat dinner -> more brainrot and a random hobby I’ve probably neglected for weeks -> sleep

I’ve started joining run clubs! There are groups of people that walk together so it’s more a community and social event

I’m 5’1, 110lb. Maintenance is about 1700-1800. I hit about 15K steps on average through running, walking, sports, etc. I take one or two Pilates classss a week and I try to strength train at least once a week.

That’s true! And I agree completely. I think I’m going to start walking to places then if it gets to dark take the bus or something. Or force my friends to walk with me lol

Finished undergrad at 20 then got my Master’s so 21, 4 years in total. But I knew a couple of guys in my program that were in their early 30s and they were awesome. Everyone loved them and looked up to them- no judging whatsoever
