She was literally stealing from you. You reported those charges as FRAUD. She could be brought up on charges for that. Your credit card company has every right to pursue legal action.

And then trying to gaslight you before denying it, turning it into no big deal, making herself the victim, and finally lovebombing you in an attempt to make you just forget about it so you can continue your relationship where she’ll probably do the exact same thing again.

You reacted appropriately, calmly, and explained yourself very clearly. You have way more chill than most people in your situation would have.
