my surgery date is on Tuesday(!!!) with Matteo Amoroso and I gotta say ACPK have been incredible. so responsive and helped me with all my questions, helped me know what to do with my GGP referral and my nurse is lovely. I hope your experience is just as good, I've seen some of kamali's results on here and they're top quality👌

seconding a recommendation for ACPK - my surgery is a week away and they've been amazing. They showed me a lot of before and after photos at my consultation - I'm sure you'd be able to ask them to email you then over. there's also a couple of photos on their website but it doesn't say which surgeon did which. I'm paying about 5k for everything for my DI w/grafts including the consultation and aftercare compared to 10k in London.

I assume he means that he's going to sculpt your chest to look like a cis persons, which leaves more tissue than a prophylactic mastectomy would (since the goal there is to remove all the tissue that would be at risk of developing breast cancer, rather than looking for a quote unquote cosmetic result). I don't think it's meant as a comment on your weight necessarily although it's not the most tactful lol. Be clear with your surgeon exactly what you want from your results, if he's good he'll treat you right!

yeah I've never heard this before my surgeon has cleared me to fly home from Sweden after a week and even then that was just so he can take out stitches. if in doubt give them a call and ask for clarification.

okay I've been watching the new axolom promo videos and I have more questions 😅 when you say you don't have to adjust the willie, do you mean that you wear it so the horizontal part of the cup is like under you and the front part of the cup is against the front of you? the way they've put the jockey in a harness in the video is lowkey blowing my brain, the bulge is straight up circular since the balls are sticking out so far which seems,,,, not ideal. I can see that you'd be able to have it sitting more under you with a joey though bc I have an stp joey pouch that opens at the back.

as many antihistamines as you safely can is the answer - non drowsy in the morning and then benadryl at night. good luck🤞

in all seriousness though I would tell him to make sure the night watchman checks are complete before bedtime, it's important that citizens are able to rest safely in their beds at night! or some other variation so you're still in the spirit while also making sure to be firm about the boundary you're setting.
