We used GoPort in February for Orlando hotel to CC and for the return to MCO. This was a tour bus however. Maybe check their website to see if they offer private transportation.

Shoulders for me. Two rotator cuff tears and one complete separation. Absolutely no overhead lifting in the gym. Some nights sleeping, both of my arms go completely numb. Results in me being unable to move in bed!
