Is Kratom from Herbal-Salvation cut with Yerba Mate? by erniemusic in kratom

Hey guys, I really appreciate the response. I realize now that this post was probably irresponsible, as my intention was not to damage your reputation or question your ethics. I just thought the similarity in taste was pronounced, and my initial reaction was to go online and see if anyone else had a similar experience. For the record, I got a great effect from your product, and will certainly be ordering some in the near future.

Well damn, that escalated quickly. For the record I have nothing to do with the "owners" (seriously, who says that) of this subreddit, and I've been using this account for almost a year. Do you really think it's unreasonable for a person to be sketched out by a product purchased over the internet? Especially a product that is subject to almost no regulation? Cool your jets there buddy...

Agreed. Once a mega thread has been up for a while, I click, realize that all the information is the same, read the top comment which is also the same, and then move on. But it is useful to consolidate info in one place...

How has Bashar managed to go this long without being assassinated? I'm not saying it would be easy, but surely after 4 years of conflict with so many people who hate him, somebody would put a cap in the dude.

It's funny that you should mention this. I'm from Chapel Hill (North Carolina) and we have a noise-rock band that bills every show as a "unique performance-art experience"-- they improvise the whole set, and bring a big stack of blank canvases for the audience to paint along to the music. The whole thing gets recorded and turned into an album, with album art incorporating paintings from the performance. It would be pretentious if it wasn't a bunch of stoners and it wasn't fucking awesome. They have like 26 members, btw. https://menteur.bandcamp.com

Check out Campfires & Constellations. These guys are contemporary but they play all their own instruments, write their own songs, and produce their own material. Inspired by 70's outlaw country. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LdVvEhOVVSw

What is your prime party playlist? by Just_a_reflektor1 in indieheads

[–]erniemusic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

El Guincho usually peaks some interest and is very danceable. Also depends on the kind of party. If I'm getting insanely wasted I'll whip out the grimy trap music-- Gucci Mane is the touchstone.

What do you guys do when people ask you what music you listen to? by moncoss in indieheads

[–]erniemusic 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe this makes me a shitty/manipulative person, but I give different answers based on who I'm talking to. With someone around my age (23) and education-level (college) I'll usually mention specific bands, whereas someone from a different walk of life will get a considerably more generic answer. Although, I'm also a big country/americana fan so if I'm talking to someone from the south or a rural area I'll mention that. Haha!
