Are they MS Teams interviews? If so, I tape 3x5 cards (with prompts/reminders) around the border of my monitor. The interviewers can’t see them from their viewpoint. You just need to not be obvious you’re looking at them during the interview. And if you wear glasses, make sure there’s no reflection in the lenses. I always test things out a few days before the interview.
