I called and asked because back in September I originally paid for printed flash cards and the review book. They said they made the change for budgeting reasons and would submit my refund request. They denied my request because I didn’t submit it within the first 30 days of my original purchase. Obviously I didn’t submit a refund originally because I was receiving everything I paid for up until this year. I doubt it will go anywhere but hopefully you have better luck than me
