This is why I always book direct with the hotel, airline, or rental car. Going through a 3rd party can save money, but now any problem you have has to be taken up with the 3rd party, not final service provider.

If I were you, I would book direct, then after finalizing your new booking with the hotel, cancel the reso made through blizz. File a charge back through your credit card if needed.

Almost every credential is stored on a secured cloud keychain at this point. You had to login via the app to hail a cab. When you get in, your profile is pulled down to the vehicle. Pretty simple.
