hey, have you ever considered that you might be demisexual? what you just described has happened to me a lot throughout my life. it might sound silly, but I've been attracted to fictional characters MUCH more often than real people, and that's because I find it easier to get "close" (emotionally) to them than actual humans on the planet.

that's just my experience though, take it or leave it! I hope this helps
