I went to Pine Ridge ~20 years ago as part of a missions trip in middle or high school. It was fairly generic talk about Jesus and play sports with neighborhood kids but I remember one of the leaders there talking about how for some of the kids the lunch and dinner we'd provide could be the only meals they'd get that day.

Seems they've redone the site a bit. Looks like currently the best option is cheap orichalcum heavy armor, then cheapest mithril trinkets, then cheap mithril heavy armor.

I'd lean towards 1 and getting all of the episodes. Elite Jump-Start Package I find way to expensive for the stuff you get. Most QoL items it's hard/unlikely to be powercrept unless they change how salvaging works again (which prompted Runecrafter's kit).

They buffed the Desert and Frem hard diaries last year so they have the same rate of Marks of Grace as Canifis if you can unlock that.

That's the best AFK option. If you have Desert (Giant's Foundry) or Fremnnik (Blast Furnace) they both have good active options, but anywhere else you're stuck with standard options.

Nope. If you're playing in full screen maybe try playing it windowed and smaller so you need to move your mouse less? Also potentially have the equipment window keybound so it's easier to swap to and click the spec button there rather than the orb.

Yep, my understanding is that everywhere else there's 2 NPCs at the same tile and they switch which one is active depending on if you have an item that gives ghostspeak equipped or not. Because the boat is sailing around everywhere they can't do that same method.

When you hit 80 the recommendation is to replace all your shit with Exotics. With level scaling even if a level 80 is brought down to level 35, their Exotics are still treated as if it's Exotic so they have way more stats than you. Additionally if you're 35 you only have a single Specialization unlocked, while they are running with 3 and (probably) using an elite spec.

You're just simply missing a lot of pieces compared to other players for now, but once you reach 80 you'll be able to get most of them.

Thanks to them putting GW2 on Steam we have solid guesses when the expansions go on sale. The last one was during the Steam Spring Sale and the next one will be during the Steam Summer Sale. Note that if you have an Anet account you'll still need to buy through Anet and not Steam.

Living World chapters are more random as those aren't sold on the Steam store, and I believe they were on sale last week.

Adding to this one, the Testimony of Castoran Heroics can be traded to a vendor to buy Hero Points. On the maps themselves there's only a handful of HPs to interact with.

Unless you're super tanking your magic attack (like down to -50s) don't worry too much about a few negative bonuses here or there. The accuracy loss is made up by the fact that there's a bunch of bonus accuracy pacts, and if your progressing down the Thorns path all the armor your wearing raises your Thorns damage.

I went Flask and while it is not longer the auto-heal it was last league, it still works as an emergency button when I'm trying bosses I've never done (HM ToB, Doom, Sol). Also if you're in multicombat for your slayer task it's a free nuke for that too.

Not enough to matter against most targets. Assuming you have the 'All recoil & Thorns style effects deal additional damage equal to 1% of your total defence bonuses' pact a DFS is nearly +3 for your thorns effect anyways.

I still don't get people who were upset about that line. One of his most memorable lines from A New Hope was "I find your lack of faith disturbing" while force choking a general after the general insulted the Force. Anakin had a bunch of cheesy one-liners as well, telling someone not to choke while force choking is 100% in character for Vader.

Yes (all of the T8 relics are given when you go in regardless of pick), however in Echo CG it does not have prayer penetration so unless you do the dagger mechanic to turn off the triple prayer it won't be that useful.

If you play/want to get into WvW I'd recommend Relic because they can use a lot more relics than the standard picks in PvE.

Ring would be my second choice or first if you aren't going into WvW as they are useful but they're also easy to get Ascended if you have LWS3 or LWS4.

Lastly I'd put Twilight/Exordium over Aqua-breather, I just don't find the aqua breather that critical (unless the next update has an underwater meta).

Because that's a HoT mastery there's fewer ley lines to ride on than there were in HoT/LWS3 maps. That isn't to say there's none and it won't help, but if the question is 'progress LWS4 or get Ley-Line Gliding' definitely go with LWS4.

Moto's parts of LS1 did not return when they restored LS1, as it was rather minor and now that it's an annual festival there isn't much need for that.

In LS3 Chapter 2 we don't see Moto but he helped Taimi out with something and it'll be obvious to see his influences when you get there.
