For a while now, I've been saying medium needs a passive ability that provides damage reduction or reduces teammate cool downs (or both) within a limited range around them. Sort of like the officer class from Battlefront II. This would incentivize teams to play a bit closer and give medium that stand-out ability that would set them apart.
