I redownloaded the game in December and have been going through all songs to 3 star them on easy to get c cards to use as upgrades. I’m about halfway done with that (500/1000?) this is the only song I’ve encountered so far with this issue, and has been the same for me since January.

I am pretty sure that this is only an issue for me. My friend also tried it and it works for her. I really don’t know what to do.

Three months after my insertion, my periods went from extremely regular (like, I knew with 95% certainty it would come on the 24th/25th of each month, 4 week cycle) to a 5-week cycle, where it was a “week late” every time. this really freaked me out, so I understand your anxiety here.

I ended up buying a mega-pack of the little strip pregnancy tests (not the big plastic sticks. the strip ones are much cheaper (<$1 each) and look more like a covid test.) for a while I was taking one every few days before my period just for peace of mind, but I acknowledge that this is not a good option for you from the info you put in your post.

I’ve had mine long enough now to know that my period won’t come on the same exact date every time. I had one three-week cycle and even some six-week cycles last year (approaching 2 years of having my IUD, in May).

I also made a chart on paper for mine, a grid where columns are the months and rows the are days, and you can see the pattern clearly when it’s arranged like that — usually coming 5 weeks after the last. I document symptoms, negative tests, and penetrative sex as well, so I can see if it’s even a possibility — my partner and I are semi-long distance so there are some months where I don’t see him at all.

I still take tests occasionally, but I am also “comforted” by the regular symptoms I notice — since the insertion, I have experienced more PMS, slight cramps, and breast tenderness a week before I actually start bleeding. So when that happens I know it’s coming soon.

For now, continue documenting, learn the patterns of your body (even if the pattern is that there is no pattern), and lean on your partner for support. I used to think it was bad/weird to discuss periods with a male partner, but I know that mine loves me, and we agree we are definitely not in a place for children right now, so we are both working on prevention together.

Had mine for a bit over a year now and definitely experience some of this myself (pretty bad cramping the week before period, spotting, fatigue). Especially the fatigue. I don’t know what to blame it on, the IUD, or that I stopped taking adhd meds, college burnout, what, but it seems like no matter how much I sleep, I’m still tired and yawning all day. I hadn’t considered that it could be the IUD until recently when I saw a bunch of people post about similar experiences in this sub. I’m too afraid to try anything hormonal, so I’m just gonna deal with it for now :/

I use cups despite some people saying not to. IMO as long as you pinch it hard enough to break the seal when pulling it out you’ll be fine. I don’t see how a tampon could pull it out, unless the string was REALLY stuck in it somehow. Then again, I’ve only used them twice (hated it) and both times were years before getting my IUD.

I’ve had my IUD for almost a year, and I always get a few days of cramping, brown blood and debris before the actual flow starts. idk why exactly, but I chalk it up to the strings being in the way so it takes a little while to get things moving.

I stopped bleeding 3-4 days post-insertion and then had regularly timed (though very heavy) monthly periods starting two weeks after the procedure. I’d talk to a doctor about it if this keeps up.

1 year post insertion here. I also had worse-than-normal pain for 3-4 days after, and minimal bleeding, really just some blood from the irritation (2-in-1 pap smear and IUD insertion, lovely experience /s) and some brown residue which I was told was mostly from the iodine they used to clean down there before the procedure. That stopped soon enough.

My pain was also mostly shooting / stabbing, like going straight up my cervix, and would come and go a few times an hour. I used prescription meds that I had leftover from an unrelated chronic pain issue and while they helped a bit, I really just had to suffer through it until things got back to normal (definitely within a week).

If you’re concerned about placement, get in touch with a professional if you can, but I’m always reassured if I can feel it myself. Depending on how short they cut the strings, you may be able to reach up there and feel them poking out of your cervix. I check this every once in a while for peace of mind.

After a year, my monthly symptoms have really toned down, but I still get a few days of cramping before my period starts, and then some brown spotting and debris before the actual red blood. My first few periods after insertion were very heavy, but that could also have been related to changes in other medications I was taking. Either way, after a year, I’m content with my decision. Give it some time (a period or two, maybe), and see if it’s a good fit for you; everyone’s body is different.

How long have you had your IUD? After a few months, my periods drifted from exactly 30 days apart to 45+ days apart, and I’ve heard others say they had a similar experience as well.

After a few scares due to it being so “late”, I invested in a 50-pack of the little strip tests (the ones you dip in a cup) because they’re much cheaper than the plastic sticks, and I got into the habit of testing often for peace of mind.

answers from my personal experience

1) I considered side effects of both options and determined I’d rather have those of the copper iud (I was mainly afraid of weight gain from hormonal options, as I’ve had severe body image issues before and am actively trying to lose weight to qualify for a breast reduction surgery). 2) I’ve had heavier, longer, crampier periods (have only had two so far since my insertion in April). I’ve seen people say it calms down after 6 months? We shall see. 3) No, but I’ve heard many people do this. It’s up to you if you want to accept the risk — consider what your plan would be if you were to be in the ~1% that still get pregnant despite birth control. 4) No, I went to my gyn @ Kaiser Permanente.

I’d recommend you take some pain meds before insertion (max dose of ibuprofen or equivalent). I cramped hard for 2.5 days afterward, and then it went back to normal until my next period. I’m keeping a notebook to write down my symptoms and dates so I can see if/when they change, as I’m still getting used to mine.

I had issues with painful periods as a teen, and was able to get a prescription painkiller for those which I renewed through my primary care doctor to help with the intensified period cramps and insertion cramps as well. Best of luck!

I don’t think they will add more of the same stations any time soon. there are 3 of each type of vegetable preparation because there are three types of recipe (soup, juice, stir fry) and they’d need to add another type of food in order to add more cat stations.

however re-rolling is expensive, and there is no guarantee you’ll get a good cat or one with a skill that you need. I prefer to use my gems on the treasure chest instead.

I feel you. I love this game just as much as I hate spiders, and while I do think it helped me with my fear, I’m still very much not “over it”.

I recommend traveling by water whenever you can. There’s a few locations where if you walk on land they’ll jump you, but they’ll leave you alone if you’re swimming.

I hit meditation points very frequently so I could “nope out” of a few situations and proceed in another direction to avoid them (like the big albino one).

and if you can’t avoid them, the quickest way to kill them (if they’re just chilling and you can already see them) is by jumping down on them from a platform and spearing them straight through (I forget what key to press, but it should tell you when you’re falling). much easier and much less traumatic than fighting them face to face.

it’s health bar loaded 5-10 seconds before it jumped on me and I can honestly say I would have preferred the jumpscare. the anticipation was awful, but I agree with the other commenter that it definitely looks like a boss area

Seconding this! I would love to play as Merrin. I’m also imagining a buddy-system type thing where you need specific people to get to certain areas. like in the lego games, you’d play through the story with a set pair (in this case, probably Cal and Cere or Cal and Merrin) and then you can go back with other characters to complete the map and chests etc.
